Good to know
Am I tied into a contract?
Not if you pay monthly: you can cancel by email any month, effective at the end of the month you've already paid for. If you choose to pay yearly, you're committed for a year and can cancel up to one month before the end of that year. Once you cancel, the direct debit stops. You can always export your guest database.
Does it work with my website?
Yes. You paste one snippet of code on your booking page. That works in WordPress, Wix, Squarespace and almost any other website. Prefer a "Book a table" button on every page? That's possible too.
Who owns my guests' data?
You do. We only process it to provide the service, as set out in our data processing agreement. We don't sell anything and we never send your guests advertising.
Do I need to sign anything else for the GDPR?
No. When you sign up, you accept our terms and conditions and the data processing agreement; that concludes the data processing agreement. You do need to mention in your own privacy statement that you receive reservations via Jesdi.
Do I get notifications on my iPhone too?
Yes, from iOS 16.4. Add the app to your home screen via Safari (Share → Add to Home Screen) and turn on notifications there. On Android it works straight away.
I have several locations. How does that work?
Each location gets its own widget, schedule and guest database, for € 35 per month per location. Email us and we'll set it up for you.
How do I pay?
By direct debit. When you sign up, you choose: monthly (€ 35 excl. VAT, cancel any month) or yearly (€ 399 excl. VAT, 5% off). After signing up, you give a one-off authorisation with a small payment via iDEAL. After that you receive the invoice by email each billing period and the amount is collected automatically a few days later. You don't need to transfer anything yourself.
